The terms that apply when you request a quote or book a service with us.
Agreement
These terms apply when you use elevateautomotive.co, request a quote or book a service with Elevate Automotive, 40375 Grand River Ave, Suite 300, Novi, MI 48375. By doing so, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Pricing depends on your vehicle and its condition. Quotes are based on the information you give us and are confirmed when we see the vehicle. If we find something that changes the scope of the job, we will talk to you before doing any extra work.
Appointments and deposits
Some services require a deposit to hold your appointment. Deposits are refundable when you give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Window tint
You choose your final tint shade. We will explain how Michigan tint law applies to your vehicle, and keeping your vehicle within the law is the owner's responsibility. Tint warranty coverage is described on our window tint page.
Ceramic coatings and paint correction
Results depend on the condition of your paint. Paint correction removes or reduces defects but cannot remove every scratch. Coating performance depends on following the care instructions we give you at pickup.
Mobile detailing
For mobile service, you agree to provide safe access to the vehicle, water and power. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area, and we will tell you before booking.
Your vehicle
We inspect each vehicle before work begins and note existing damage. Please remove valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left in the vehicle.
Text message terms
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you agree to receive texts from Elevate Automotive about your quote, appointments, services and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
